AFI Victoriei Plaza is an office complex consisting of a modern building with reduced height and adjacent, a beautiful neo-baroque style villa. The office project is proud to have the most modern wave façade of an office building in Romania, with natural green plants covering the building, reflecting the sustainability embraced by an organic approach. Despite the amazing appearance, functionality has not suffered. Oromolu House. It was built in 1927 by Mihai Oromolu, governor of The National Bank, ruined in the Second World War and despite subsequent renovations, never regained its former grandeur, that is until it was expertly integrated into this landmark development. The villa offers additional surface of 930 sqm GLA.

Calea Victoriei, a promenade boulevard packed with coffee shops and restaurants is only 3 minutes walking distance from AFI Victoriei Plaza. Kiseleff park and Herastrau Park are located 5 – 10 minutes walking distance.
