General features

AFI Brasov is a mixed-use project that brings together the largest shopping center with a total leasable area of 45,000 sqm GLA and, rising above, integrated into the mall, 2 “Class A” office buildings that will be built in phases, totaling 27,500 sqm GLA.

The first Class A office building was delivered in October 2020, having 15,000 sqm GLA and 11th floors.

The second phase of the project, now under permits approval, will add another 10,000 sqm GLA to the office project. The second building will be developed on top of the shopping center.

The project offers the tenants various expansion option within the park and exclusive and unique advantages due to connectivity to the shopping center. The tenants of AFI Park Brasov can enjoy the retail facilities existing in the mall (shops, restaurants, coffee shops, cleaning, beauty salon and a 3 500 sqm green terrace with view to the mountains) but also easy access to the old city center.

Tenants of AFI Park Brasov benefit of multi deck parking of approximately 200 parking seats, while the mall offers also approximately 1 600 seats.

Location & Accessibility

AFI Park Brasov is located in the ultra city center of Brasov, along 15th November Boulevard, part of the main roundabout of the city. The connection with the main boulevard leading from the Old City (the main tourist and local attraction) to all parts of the city and the exit towards Bucharest, the access to public transportation stops situated in front of the building, make AFI Park Brasov the most accessible office location in the city.
The mixed-use project is 20 minutes drive from “Ghimbav” Airport.
