General features

AFI TECH PARK is a Class A office project consisting of 70,000 sq m GLA. The project will be built in 3 phases, which will feature 2 buildings of G+8 floors and 2 underground parking levels for each building, both facing Progresului Boulevard.

AFI Tech Park 1, the first phase of the project was delivered in 2018, offering 22,000 sqm GLA of Class A office spaces, efficiently spread over 8 floors serviced by 2 underground parking levels. The project is designed to be an IT&C Campus style environment in an urban complex with ample green areas, providing high technical specifications similar to all AFI projects. AFI Tech Park 1 encloses approx. 2,000 sqm of retail area located at the Ground Floor, hosting World Class gym (1,500 sq m) and Quick Service Restaurant “1 Minute” (110 sq m) and 5,000 sqm green relaxation area.

AFI Tech Park 2 was delivered in 2022, spreading over 24,500 sqm GLA and offering a modern lobby with core atrium with view to the sky. The underground parking of the building is linked with the one of the first building.

AFI Tech Park 3 is now under the permits approval to be developed and it is targeted to obtain LEED Platinum certification.

Location & Accessibility

 The tenants of the campus have immediate access to tram in front of the project and metro station “Academiei” at only 10 minutes walking distance. The city center is only 5 minutes driving time from the project.

AFI shuttle bus adds direct connectivity with city center and main metro station in the city, “Piata Unirii” metro station. The project is located close to Marriott Hotel and Romania’s House of Parliament.
